The "Wee Fleamarket"

The "Wee Flea Market Rules and Rents:

At the Wee Flea, we have two buildings and three types of shops:

Building A:	Each Shop is separately enclosed, each having a garage door and a back door. Single Shops are 11' x 24' and are rented for $ 37.00 a week, payable monthly, sales tax included. Double Shops are 22' x 24' and are rented for $52.00 a week, payable monthly, sales tax included
Building B / Mall:	The entire building is enclosed, the shops are 9' x 16 and are rented for $27 a week, payable monthly, sales tax included.

The Rent is due the first Monday of each month. The first months rent is payable in advance, and a two week deposit is required.

License:

Vendors MUST display the City License along with Florida State Sales Tax Certificate

City of Webster License for 1 Day $5.00 ... for 1 Year $21.00
