We receive cattle starting Monday evening from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and again on Tuesday starting at 7 a.m. . All grown animals need to be in line by 11:30 a.m. as we sell those animals first.

The "Wee Flea Market Rules and Rents:
At the Wee Flea, we have two buildings and three types of shops:
Building A: |
Each Shop is separately enclosed, each having a garage door and a back door. Single Shops are 11' x 24' and are rented for $ 35.00 a week, payable monthly, sales tax included. Double Shops are 22' x 24' and are rented for $70.00 a week, payable monthly, sales tax included |
Building B / Mall: |
The entire building is enclosed, the shops are 9' x 16 and are rented for $25 a week, payable monthly, sales tax included.

The Rent is due the first Monday of each month. The first months rent is payable in advance, and a two week deposit is required.
License:
Vendors MUST display the City License along with Florida State Sales Tax Certificate
City of Webster License for 1 Day $5.00 ... for 1 Year $21.00
